We are a multidisciplinary team from investment banking, asset management, legal, technical and operational backgrounds. Diversity is crucial for Medan to untap all the value as an integrated platform, as well as generate complementary feedback loops by encouraging interaction between team members from different fields.
Jaime leads Medan’s investment and asset management businesses — overseeing new and existing investments as well as developing new strategies. Jaime leads integrated platform initiatives, particularly regarding strategy, product development and digitalisation.
Prior to founding Medan, Jaime was the previous partner at Dunas Real Estate, conceiving and leading the execution end-to-end the hospitality and residential portfolio strategies, among others. Prior to Dunas, Jaime worked in investment banking in Alantra, focusing on lodging, distressed assets and real estate financing.

Mario leads investment management at Medan — coordinating investments and divestments within Medan’s platforms. This includes the origination, underwriting, and execution of investments in our existing platforms as well as developing new investment thesis.
Prior to co-founding Medan, Mario was a director at Dunas Capital, where he worked, among others, in the hospitality and multifamily platforms. Prior to Dunas, Mario worked in restructuring in London at Duff & Phelps and in strategy consulting.

Íñigo leads Medan’s corporate and legal affairs — ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic business initiatives within Medan’s platforms. This includes providing legal advice and guidance to the organization, as well as the firm’s operations, offices and infrastructure.
Prior to co-founding Medan, Íñigo was a director of the legal department at Dunas Capital, where he was the responsible to provide legal advice in the real estate and private equity practices. Prior to Dunas, Íñigo worked in the restructuring departments of Deloitte and Banco Santander.

Diego leads asset management at Medan, coordinating the strategy and reporting of existing investments across our platforms — including envisioning and executing strategic portfolio decisions, asset-level value accretion measures, financing and divestments.
Diego was a VP at Dunas Capital, focused primarily on the investment and asset management areas of the multifamily platform. Previously, he worked in debt advisory in CG Capital, focusing on real estate-backed financing of standing assets and developments across asset classes.

Borja leads the operations at Medan, coordinating the teams and executing the portfolio strategy — merging operational efficiency with value creation in portfolio management, always with a focus on ESG values.
Borja was the Head of Living Asset Management at Dunas Capital, focus on the asset management area of the multifamily platform. With 10+ years of experince and over 1.5B managed to date, he previously, held residential asset management positions in Elix (KKR), where he acted as asset manager during the exit to Allianz, Lazora (Azora) and Klepierre.

Alvaro leads the acquisitions team at Medan, sourcing, analysing, and closing opportunities within Medan’s strategies. Direct engagement and coordination during underwriting, equity raise, financing and launch of new vehicles.
Previoulsy and with over 7 years of experience in the market, Álvaro was in the Investment team in Stoneweg (M&G and Bain Capital) and in Vivenio/Renta Corporación (living platform of APG/Aware). Additionally, he has worked in M&A in Alantra and BBVA.

Borja was Project Manager in Arcadis Spain and Malta for 8y+. He directed residential rehabilitation projects as well as developments in the hospitality, office and student housing asset classes.
Architect by Madrid Polytechnique and holds an MSc in Real Estate Project Management.

Bayu is a member of the Investment & Acquisition team at Medan. His role includes the analysis, underwriting, closing and exit strategy of Medan’s current & potential portfolio of assets.
Bayu was an Associate at CBRE’s Indonesian strategic affiliate, under the Research & Consultancy team, completing several commercial due diligences of multinational expansions in the South-East Asian Market. Previously, he worked in UBS Financial Planning, Weehawken, in the United States.

Manuel leads the finance department at Medan, managing financial and accounting control of the Company and regulatory compliance. This includes budget tracking, reporting of financial statements and the implementation of efficient processes.
Manuel was financial controller at Q-Living Asset Management, focused primarily on accounting and finance management areas of the company. Previously, he worked as financial controller in Intu Management Spain and as auditor in Grant Thornton and KPMG.

Diana leads the financial department at Nuva Living, managing financial and accounting control of the Company and regulatory compliance. This includes budget tracking, reporting of financial statements and the implementation of efficient processes.
With over 11 years of experience in Latin America and Spain, Diana excels in analytical and team management skills. She brings a wealth of experience in accounting, previously working as an international accounting manager at Auxadi, a finance consultancy firm.
BSc in accounting and finance and a MSc in Economic-Financial Management from the Center of Financial Studies in Madrid.
Dadiana leads the accounting and tax processes for all of the company's subsidiaries and oversees operational processes to ensure seamless integration with the financial department.
Dadiana brings extensive expertise in Accounting consultancy across diverse economic sectors, with a primary focus on Real Estate. Her professional background includes experience gained at Auxadi, a finance consultancy firm.
MSc in Taxation and Accounting from Rey Juan Carlos University.
BSc in Marketing and Creative Communication from Universidad de Navarra, complemented by MSc in Communication and Media Management.
Gonzalo leads the commercialization efforts and oversees the leasing and facility operations of diverse portfolios. His role involves strategizing and implementing plans to market the portfolio effectively while ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the facilities.
Gonzalo was a facility manager at Cuatrecasas, where he was responsible of the technical maintenance and the negotiation of the leasing contracts of all of its offices, both in Spain and Latin America.
