Mario Andrés
Mario was a VP at Dunas Capital, where he worked in the hospitality platform and residential JV with Partners Group. Prior to Dunas, Mario worked in restructuring in London at Duff & Phelps and in strategy consulting.

Jaime Morán
Jaime was the previous partner at Dunas Real Estate, conceiving and executing end-to-end the hospitality and residential portfolio strategies with KKR and Partners Group, respectively. Prior to Dunas, Jaime worked in investment banking in Alantra, focusing on lodging, distressed assets and real estate financing.

Álvaro was an investment associate in Stoneweg and in Renta Corporación, with over 5 years of experience in the Vivenio platform (APG PRS strategy). Previously, he worked in Real Estate IBD in Alantra and BBVA.

Iñigo Zataraín

Iñigo Zataraín
Prior to Medan, Iñigo led the legal and regulatory team in Dunas for the real estate and other divisions. Previously, he worked as a lawyer for Santander in the restructuring team and Deloitte’s debt advisory team, mainly advising post-GFC restructurings from Bankia.

Iñigo graduated in law by Universidad de Deusto.
