We are a multidisciplinary team from investment banking, asset management, legal, technical and operational backgrounds. Diversity is crucial for Medan to untap all the value as an integrated platform, as well as generate complementary feedback loops by encouraging interaction between team members from different fields.
Jaime leads Medan’s investment and asset management businesses — overseeing new and existing investments as well as developing new strategies. Jaime leads integrated platform initiatives, particularly regarding strategy, product development and digitalisation.
Prior to founding Medan, Jaime was the previous partner at Dunas Real Estate, conceiving and leading the execution end-to-end the hospitality and residential portfolio strategies, among others. Prior to Dunas, Jaime worked in investment banking in Alantra, focusing on lodging, distressed assets and real estate financing.

Íñigo leads Medan’s corporate and legal affairs — ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements, mitigating risks, and supporting strategic business initiatives within Medan’s platforms. This includes providing legal advice and guidance to the organization, as well as the firm’s operations, offices and infrastructure.
Prior to co-founding Medan, Íñigo was a director of the legal department at Dunas Capital, where he was the responsible to provide legal advice in the real estate and private equity practices. Prior to Dunas, Íñigo worked in the restructuring departments of Deloitte and Banco Santander.

Diego leads asset management at Medan, coordinating the strategy and reporting of existing investments across our platforms — including envisioning and executing strategic portfolio decisions, asset-level value accretion measures, financing and divestments.
Diego was a VP at Dunas Capital, focused primarily on the investment and asset management areas of the multifamily platform. Previously, he worked in debt advisory in CG Capital, focusing on real estate-backed financing of standing assets and developments across asset classes.

Javier is responsible for investments in the living segment. He manages investment and divestment activities of the company, which includes sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities, overseeing underwriting, and handling the negotiation and execution of transactions.
Prior to joining Medan, Javier was a Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management in London, focused on the execution of pan-European real estate investments across all asset classes. Additional experience includes real estate investment positions in Partners Group in London, as well as Grupo Lar and Alantra in Madrid, having deployed more than USD 4.4 billion since the start of his career across different parts of the capital stack (common equity / preferred equity / debt).

Felipe leads sourcing, underwriting, and execution of new investments, divestments, and financing transactions across the platform's residential, BTR, and flex/coliving strategies. He is part of the investment team at Medan, focused on the Living segment across Spain and Portugal.
Prior to joining Medan, Felipe spent nearly seven years on the Real Estate Private Equity investment team at H.I.G. Capital in Madrid, participating in the origination and execution of pan-European real estate investments across asset classes. Previously, he worked in the private equity team at Alantra

María leads asset management at Medan, coordinating the strategy and reporting of existing investments across our platforms — including envisioning and executing strategic portfolio decisions, asset-level value accretion measures, financing and divestments.
María was an investment professional at Azora, a pan-European real estate private equity firm, where she focused on the living sector across investment and asset management. Previously, she spent four years at Goldman Sachs in the former Special Situations Group within Asset and Wealth Management in London, where she focused on real estate-backed acquisitions and structured financing solutions as part of the investment team.
BSc in International Hospitality Management from Ecole Hotelière de Lausanne & MSc in Finance and Strategy from Sciences Po Paris.
Paloma leads Operations at NUVA Living, being responsible for ensuring operational excellence and a high-quality resident experience across the portfolio.
In her role, she drives process optimization and standardization, participates in the digitalization of operations and business scalability, working cross-functionally with product, commercial, finance and asset management teams to ensure consistent and sustainable execution.
Prior to joining NUVA Living, Paloma has built her career across different sectors and within operational and technological environments, bringing over 15 years of experience in high-growth and transformation contexts, with a strong focus on operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and vendor and team management.
She holds a degree in Computer Engineering and a degree in Industrial Organization Engineering from ICAI, as well as an MBA from EAE Business School.
Teresa leads the technical and construction strategy for Medan’s assets. She works closely with the investment and asset management teams, overseeing the definition, control, and supervision of all technical initiatives.
Before joining Medan, and with over ten years of experience, she developed her career in architecture firms such as Rafael de la Hoz Arquitectos and Fenwick Iribarren Architects, as well as in international real estate developers like Noval Properties, participating in the design and management of large-scale residential, hospitality, and office projects.

Valentino was an Analyst at IREIT, an industrial real estate asset management firm in Milan, where he supported the analysis and valuation of commercial assets in Italy, focusing on Sale & Leaseback transactions.
Previously, he completed an internship at Tikehau Capital, participating in real estate acquisitions and financial analysis of logistics, hospitality, and residential portfolios.
He graduated cum laude in Economics and International Finance from Università Bocconi and holds a Master’s degree in Real Estate Economics and Finance from the London School of Economics.
Maria Lourdes is a member of the Asset Management team at Medan. She supports the reporting and strategic coordination of existing investments across Medan’s platforms, contributing to asset performance monitoring and alignment with the firm’s value creation objectives.
Lourdes worked in investment banking at Growth Capital in Madrid, having previously held positions in investment banking and corporate coverage at BNP Paribas in Paris and Buenos Aires.

Jorge supports both Medan and Nuva Living in designing and optimizing operational processes, tools, and systems that enable scalable and efficient growth. Working within the Product & Infrastructure team, he helps ensure that product, operations, and technology are fully aligned to deliver strategic execution.
Before joining the group, Jorge held roles in leading tech-driven companies such as AUTO1 Group, Cobee, and Jobandtalent, where he focused on business operations, process improvement, and digital transformation.
He holds a degree in Aeronautical Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and a Master’s in Innovation and Digital Transformation from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.
Diana leads the financial department at Nuva Living, managing financial and accounting control of the Company and regulatory compliance. This includes budget tracking, reporting of financial statements and the implementation of efficient processes.
With over 11 years of experience in Latin America and Spain, Diana excels in analytical and team management skills. She brings a wealth of experience in accounting, previously working as an international accounting manager at Auxadi, a finance consultancy firm.
BSc in accounting and finance and a MSc in Economic-Financial Management from the Center of Financial Studies in Madrid.
Dadiana leads the accounting and tax processes for all of the company's subsidiaries and oversees operational processes to ensure seamless integration with the financial department.
Dadiana brings extensive expertise in Accounting consultancy across diverse economic sectors, with a primary focus on Real Estate. Her professional background includes experience gained at Auxadi, a finance consultancy firm.

BSc in Marketing and Creative Communication from Universidad de Navarra, complemented by MSc in Communication and Media Management.
Mónica leads building management at Nuva Living, overseeing day-to-day operations, tenant experience, and the optimization of residential assets through process improvement and cross-functional coordination.
She brings a strong background from the hospitality sector, with a focus on operational excellence and customer experience. Mónica previously held operational roles at Hard Rock Hotel Marbella and Mandarin Oriental Ritz, Madrid, focusing on brand standards, quality, and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and guest experience.
MBA in International Hotel Management from Vatel Hospitality School, with a background in Business Administration from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid.
Gonzalo leads the commercialization efforts and oversees the leasing and facility operations of diverse portfolios. His role involves strategizing and implementing plans to market the portfolio effectively while ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of the facilities.
Gonzalo was a facility manager at Cuatrecasas, where he was responsible of the technical maintenance and the negotiation of the leasing contracts of all of its offices, both in Spain and Latin America.
