Partners Group and Medan complete the sale of a residential asset in Valdemoro to Invesco Real Estate

Madrid, October 14^th, 2024 – Partners Group, one of the largest firms in the global private markets industry, acting on behalf of its clients, and Medan, the integrated Spanish asset manager specialised in the Spanish living sector, have announced the sale of a residential asset in Valdemoro to a vehicle managed by Invesco Real Estate.

Partners Group and Medan expand their Madrid living platform with the forward purchase of three purpose-built BTR and flex-living assets.

The platform expands the partnership between Partners Group and Medan, focusing on newly built projects designed to provide amenitized housing in greater Madrid.

Nuva Living becomes the first operator to implement the innovative smart access control solution Homelok by SALTO Systems.

The company, based in Oiartzun - Gipuzkoa, ten minutes from San Sebastian, positions its product as a sophisticated alternative solution for the digitization of access to homes, secure and adapted to the changing needs of new real estate businesses.

Nuva Living, the residential platform created by Partners Group and Medan Asset Management, announces the opening of Nuva Valdemoro

Nuva Valdemoro consists of 160 residential rental units, the project has been developed by Ten Brinke on a turnkey basis. Completion occurred in October 2023, with the project fully let at opening.

Partners Group and Medan AM create a new €400m platform to invest in Spanish PRS

The vehicle, Nuva Living, launched through Medan AM, already holds a portfolio of approximately 200 homes and is expected to reach circa 1,500 units in prime locations in Spain. Nuva Living will capitalize on the growth potential of the sector and create a de-risked portfolio of PRS and BTR assets in Spain focused on quality, diversification and stable yield generation. Partners Group chose Medan AM as the local partner to develop the strategy, given its successful track record delivered by a team of best-in-class professionals.
