Medan is a Spanish integrated real estate investment company specializing in the living sector (residential and alternative living asset classes). We manage a portfolio of over €500 million across 2,500+ units. Our units are operated in-house through Nuva Living, focusing on digitalization, brand identity, and process optimization. The projects of Medan and Nuva Living are driven by a team of young, dynamic, and ambitious individuals, aiming to fuel growth and position the group as a leader in the sector.

The Real Estate Analyst role will place you within the Asset Management & Strategy functions of the company. This position offers significant exposure to international institutional clients and involves being part of the most critical strategic decisions for our portfolios.

Responsibilities:

• Engage, coordinate, and execute financing and refinancing processes
• Support the execution of sale processes
• Coordinate and collaborate with the investment team during the underwriting analysis and investment process
• Prepare, implement, and supervise business plans for assets
• Design and implement value generation strategies
• Prepare reporting materials for investors
• Communicate and coordinate with institutional investors
• Supervise portfolio performance through our in-house operations
• Collaborate with the finance, technical, and management teams of both Medan and Nuva

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of work experience in the financial or real estate sectors
• Strong financial and accounting foundations
• Real estate and living knowledge is a plus, particularly experience from top RE advisory firms (commercial advisory)
• Ambition and motivation to grow alongside the project
• Willingness to take on responsibility and exposure to the market and stakeholders
• Highly proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
• Degree / MSc in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or Engineering preferred
