• Analysis of new investment opportunities and participation in investment committees/approval processes.
•  Continuous coordination and collaboration with the investment team.
• Design, coordination and execution of financing processes.
• Design, coordination and execution of asset sale processes.
• Support and participation in the business development and expansion of Nuva Living. 
• Financial and qualitative support to the management team of Nuva Living.
• Collaboration with the financial, technical, and management teams of Nuva Living as the operator.
• Preparation, implementation, and supervision of business plans for the assets.
• Design and implementation of improvement strategies for the assets and business plans.
• Communication and coordination with institutional investors.
• Preparation of materials and reporting for investors.
• Supervision of the portfolio through Nuva Living, our operator (income control, opex, asset quality, compliance, business plan performance, approval of actions, etc.)

You will have 4 main objectives:

1. Investment analysis and support in portfolio expansion.
2. Expansion and management of Nuva Living.
3. Portfolio control and business plan fulfillment.
4. Relationship with institutional investors.

• With ambition and motivation to learn and grow with a unique business project.
• Willing to take on a responsible role with significant exposure to the market and stakeholders.
• With 2-3 years of work experience in similar investment/valuation sectors with a strong financial foundation.
• Possessing financial knowledge.
• Experienced and knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office tools, with particular proficiency in financial modelling and PowerPoint presentations.
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
• Holding a degree in Business Administration or Engineering
