Medan acquired an NPL from a local lender and secured ownership of the asset through a DIP, managing the necessary legal, tax, and technical asset management procedures. The strategy was to acquire a prime, centrally located property in need of revitalization. 

The property was repositioned through extensive refurbishments to the dwellings and enhancements to the common areas, which included the addition of a pool, gym, and coworking space.

Medan achieved a significant average rental growth of +65% by renewing and rotating existing leasing contracts.
