Medan acquired an NPL from a local lender and secured ownership of the asset through a DIP, managing the necessary legal, tax, and technical asset management procedures. The strategy was to acquire a prime, centrally located property in need of revitalization.
The property was repositioned through extensive refurbishments to the dwellings and enhancements to the common areas, which included the addition of a pool, gym, and coworking space.
Medan achieved a significant average rental growth of +65% by renewing and rotating existing leasing contracts.

Nuva Valdemoro consists of 160 residential rental units, the project has been developed by Ten Brinke on a turnkey basis. Completion occurred in October 2023, with the project fully let at opening.
Partners Group and Medan AM create a new €400m platform to invest in Spanish PRS
The vehicle, Nuva Living, launched through Medan AM, already holds a portfolio of approximately 200 homes and is expected to reach circa 1,500 units in prime locations in Spain. Nuva Living will capitalize on the growth potential of the sector and create a de-risked portfolio of PRS and BTR assets in Spain focused on quality, diversification and stable yield generation. Partners Group chose Medan AM as the local partner to develop the strategy, given its successful track record delivered by a team of best-in-class professionals.
